This is the easiest system for young rippers to learn good fundamentals on. The pre-mounted binding is easy to adjust for growing feet so they are good for longer than one season and/or more than one kid. Both of our kids have learned on these and still love skiing them! Note: The Peregrine is the version slightly tailored towards boys' size/proportion and the Shine is slightly tailored for girls. But either work for all kids!
